★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not find the restaurant. I came to this location for takeout but could find the restaurant in this location. Where is this restaurant, is there a board sign outside the restaurant? And if it is a home kitchen why it is said dine in, in the service options. Also phone number is not mentioned in the description.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality and poor packing. Zomato is blaming restaurant's packing and this guy is blaming Zomato. Whoever, whatever, we ended up wasting time, energy and hungry!

The review is our frustration due to lack of responsibility "from your side particularly". I wasted my time and energy (albeit hungry) to give you a call and ask you about the packing (and if anything could be done to fix the problem), as the Zomato delivery person at my door was "demanding" me to take remaining chicken after spilling out all the curry everywhere (!) and he blamed restaurant saying that restaurant haven't packed it properly. Your response was that Zomato delivery guy is responsible and he spilled it. End of day, I am hungry and Zomato demands me to take the spilled and spoiled package and eat what is remaining(!). I have already left a review on Zomato, but to to give you a better reach, I have to give this review here. You were just demanding me not to give 1 star over the phone! If you cant display your responsibility here, how can I trust the quality of food you prepare?
Here, how can the customer be responsible, in spite of the mistakes from your side and (or) Zomato's side, "Zomato gives me 2 options" - either take the spoilt, soiled, spilled over food or wait for 7 days and take the refund, because the restaurant didn't pack the food properly!.
