★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing bridal studio to get ready on your special occasion in Ghandhinagar !! I got ready for the first time for my own reception and couldn’t praise more for the exceptional service that was offered by make up artist- Rasmi Ben. She did an amazing job. The make up looked natural, light and it was done perfectly. Her contouring and eye make skills were very much comparable to high end artists from US. She also did amazing job with my hair updo. I would highly recommend for her royal service and make up highness skills. Such a privilege to find a bridal studio like this one especially in Ghandhinagar !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had worst experience with this parlor. I have booked this parlor for bridal makeup. I read reviews online and booked it. But due to some unfortunate reason marriage got cancelled. We already paid deposit of Rs1000. We requested for refund on humanity ground which she (Rashmi) strait away denied and asked us to use it against treatment. When we called to book a treatment, she changed her own statement and told us to claim can be made against only half of the deposit. I thought to pay Rs 500 extra and get spa manicure and spa pedicure worth of Rs 1000 to claim my deposit. I booked an appointment for the same on 20/11/2017.
When I got in, Rashmi was not there, there were two assistants. She suggested some shiner treatment which is quite good compared to manicure and pedicure. So I agreed. On the name of this treatment they applied me some cream, keep it on for 10 minutes and removed it. After I asked them that I want spa manicure treatment as well. She started saying all this rubbish that they don’t have hot water and they rarely get one client a year for this treatment. This treatment is not common here. Apparently they don’t want to do it. I specifically booked an appointment for manicure and pedicure and if they don’t provide this service Rashmi could have told me before. After all this, they charged me Rs 650 for this so called shiner treatment which is not even worth of Rs100.
After leaving I called Rashmi. She started saying we do manicure and pedicure and promised me to talk to their assistants and revert back to me. After talking with them, she started supporting their assistants saying hot water machine might not be working and all rubbish. She didn’t know about that machine when she was booking an appointment. No professionalism at all. No respect for customers and very money minded. This is how you deal with customers by cheating them?
I won’t recommend this parlor anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refrain yourself visiting this salon before reading this! Yesterday, I visited this salon, post seeing good reviews on Google. I can say the staff is completely untrained, unprofessional and pathetic too. The so called "professional" staff applied hot wax directly on my upper lip before even checking the intensity, and I got skin burn in my upper lip. Moreover, they don't listen to customers at all. They messed up my eyebrows too.
Don't fall for fake reviews posted by their friends/family.
Strictly avoid this place if you care for your skin. Ratings: 0/5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here quite regularly for haircuts and other beauty treatments. It's nice and clean, and the staff is very polite. Love the soothing music that plays as well. Rashmi chaudhari and her team is a bunch of dedicated people who always manage to satisfy me with their work. They have some really innovative and amazing hair styling ideas and I fall in love with my hair every time. I get a treatment done by them . I would surely recommended them.

I'm really happy with the services I received. Thanks to Twinkle. She was really nice and helpful to me. Gave me some good suggestions.
Main thing i loved is I didn't feel any pain during eyebrow and waxing. They are Pro. I just loved the work they are doing. And studio was super clean and neat. I felt safe there.
Whenever i visit gandhinagar for sure I'm gonna get my waxing done here only. The price was affordable.
