Went for two suitcases servicing which was under warranty with my bro. They did servicing and all within 10 -15 days and work was all good. But then on the pickup day, the store incharge asked for servicing fee and they need in cash as UPI payment and card payment are not working and that too without any bill. We told without bill we are not going to pay any single penny. They said " it's ok we will send you the bill via whatsapp and you can make the payment on that basis". Later we received the bill and we had a doubt whether it was fake or not and then we contacted customer care and they asked us not to pay any amount.
