★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have fair share of bad customer service in my life but this guys take the cake. Bought a bag from them. When found a defect, they were more than happy to pass the blame on me referring to some ridiculous reason. It might be my mistake I didn't check it properly while making the purchase but the way they handle a customer is terrible. VIP/Skybags - never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is extremely rude and unwilling to help. I bought a luggage bag worth 7500/-. Found a scratch on it after i took it home. See pic. When I went to ask replacement, they refused it outright citing reason that it might got damaged in boot of the car. My home is barely 5km from the place and I carried it in boot of Skoda octavia. If luggage bag can get damaged in it, whats the point of having it. When we asked for some help to fix the dent, they refused any help arroganty. They even had an audacity to say "Jo karna hai karlo". Do youself a favor, buy a bag somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were visiting Nashik for a week and while packing we found the main lock latch had a crack so we went around in Nashik to find out place to get it replaced. We found some shops near Railway station who asked for 600 Rupees for replacing the latch with some counterfeit latch with low quality.
+ We searched and called the VIP world and they gave a good price of 350 Rupees for a original latch with replacement.
+ It was late so we requested VIP world to give us time to reach their shop which they agreed. They asked their engineer to stay after their working hours to help us.
+ We reached and it took only 10 minutes to get our suitcase repaired with new original lock.
+ Good shop to get your damaged VIP suitcases repaired.
