★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has lot of collection. VIP a is well known brand I wanted to buy American Tourister but for the same price you get different varieties in VIP with 2 extra years of warranty (5 years). This store has many varieties including backpacks and wallets.

Trust in vip is lost. We are moving to American tourister. Which has international standards. Doesn’t charge 100 for a suitcase repair, which was under warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never seen such bad service from the Salesman. I went there to claim the warranty of my luggage. They were so rude and arrogance. In the very first day they just told me that i have to bring the warranty card only and they will replace the bag or provide another bag with the same value(6k).
After raising ticket and doing all the procedures which took a week they said, the same luggage is not available and they can only help with this value 2990 for the luggage and rest I have to pay for a new one.
When we started to argue they said they want the bill now, then only they will replace the bag.
So we arranged the bill from our native place and visited the store again with the bill. Then they start saying that the bill is not genuine and need to verify it and he will get back to us after 10 days.
Lastly we got irritated and felt humiliated, so finally we called the police for help. After that moment their behaviour got completely changed and they took only 2 days for bill verification and the very next day we got the replacement with the same bill.
Giving one star only because we got the replacement.
Also the salesperson really needs to behave like a salesperson, really rude and arrogant.
