★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there could be an option to give zero or negative rating. My company provided me a medical insurance from Vipul MedCorp. For claim I had to send them original copy of medical reports. The coordinator
Shalendra(Ph. 85xx9 4xx10) ensured he will send back the reports after verifying but he didn't. After a lot of follow ups he told me the reports are misplaced..!! So irresponsible staff. Please don't opt for their medical insurance.

Totally mental harassment when you reach out to their customer service and you’ll be routed to so many people and none give you what’s expected. I’d given them ZERO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are nothing but harassers. Claim pending, original documents submitted and every detail mentioned but baseless queries raised to delay the process/ repudiate the claim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife was going to be admitted to a reputed hospital for a couple of surgeries. We mailed the Vipul Medcorp with relevant details, policy details, everything and they gave us a pre-approval for partial claim amount. She was admitted to hospital got her surgery done, and the day of discharge arrived. Vipul Medcorp was sent all the details again with total bill amount. After making us wait for 4 hours, they send hospital a query. The query asking details of policy. This was totally absurd. We had already submitted those details. The TPA id number is associated with policy, so in a way they already have policy details. They deliberately try to delay claims so that after getting frustrated a patient settles with whatever they approve in the evening just to get home. Shameful.
