★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been giving my Access to Viraansh Suzuki for service for a very long time now. They are excellent at timely service and delivery of vehicle. They will also communicate to the customer, the possible pain points of the vehicle because of which the customer might be facing a recurring issue in the vehicle. They do this in an absolute honest manner. If you are not happy with certain aspect of the service, you can point it out to them, and they will definitely resolve it.

Had a talk with one of their sales executive (Dipen), a cool guy... and yes pretty strong convincing skills...?
Apart that...
I've been using suzuki since last 9 years...
It's been a good experience for me...
Now that i have not taken good care of it, it is showing some issues but else this should be a perfect vehicle...
The new access special edition have some cool matte colours too...
I have just booked one...
I'll update the services as soon as I recieve my vehicle
The staff is quite cooperative as of now...
Expecting great cooperation in the future too...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As quoted by majority public about service stations as "the place where you get your hardly earned money squeezed out smoothly"....is perfectly applicable here . Staff is ok as far as response concerned. They removed my Suzuki Let's choke cable unit & assured fitment within week time since they don't have stock..... But, very very surprisingly the matter is pending for the last three months....till now no response from them . Further, within a span of on week after taking delivery of serviced vehicle... it's horn, side indicator.& Headlamp gone out of order.... !!!!????? I assume Suzuki India is not much bother about the sale and after sale service of their products..... Andaaz apna apna. I really missed Bajaj chetak & it's dealer's ready responses..... those days...??
