I hope you are doing well. I am writing this my hotel experience and thanks to thanking you for your services. I visited your hotel a last two days ago and were very pleased with your hospitality. (Appreciate for everyone). You have given us no room for complaints. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, our luggage was brought to our room. We did not have to worry about our meals as they were delivered to our room. Im very pleased with the interior design of the room and has decided to come here next year as well for a vacation. The recreational facilities at the hotel did not let me bored. We had a great time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been there for 2 nights stay.Location wise it is a good spot as all the sight seeing places are nearby. Room space was considerably good for 3 ppl accommodation. Washroom space was compact and needs maintainence in terms of taps usage. Breakfast was ok . They accomodated our last minute celebration request which was commendable. Did not expect that we had to make the payment by cash since they were not having any ol payment facilities which was huge disappointment. Overall it was ok experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Virasat mahal Haa it’s own parking out side the hotel. Staff Is friendly and good. They will help you in carrying luggage. It is situated in main city so you can expect traffic here. Hotel has ambiance and proper hygiene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome heritage property right in the middle of the city...All the staffs specially the manager at the reception were very polite and co-operative. Walking distance to hawa Mahal, city palace from the property.Overall nice experience staying at the property. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to stay in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a superior room for our one day trip. It was decent sized. The location is very close to Hawa Mahal and City Palace and is very convenient with easy access to cabs and autos. However the area itself is a little dirty. There was Wifi and AC in the room. A kettle was also available for hot water or early morning coffee. Staff was very courteous. Breakfast was a buffet but spread was not great nor the organization or timeliness. Hot water was available in the room. There was no lift but staff moved our bags in and out of the rooms. There was no locker to keep valuables. There is no dedicated parking space and you need to park in front of the hotel beside the road. Overall it served our purpose perfectly for the budget!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cooperative staff !! Specially ballu bhaiyya. Super amazing assistance. They were providing us all the facilities in no time. Service was amazing too!! The rooms were comfortable and hygienic. The view from the room is also very nice. The breakfast/dinner area was very spacious. Thanks to the staff at the hotel and making our stay a memorable one. The hotel was very clean all the times. Overall experience was great and they provide you the best hospitality and will definitely come back ?

You can stay here if you are not hoping to get a better breakfast . which was just alright . i was with family so we needed a clean and working room. That was good. They can definitely work on to get more staff and better restaurant or room service. Rest all was fair. i can again go for a quick stay as the location was perfect . Small hiccups can be taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms they named as Deluxe room, but it was not having quality of a deluxe room , a dubious name so don't go by the agrezi name of room , it was like a match box , two small, hardly one can move around , no chair to sit and relax. On TV no English news channel , no good entertainment / sports channel etc, no news paper, a hotel meant for villagers to stay rough and tough for sight seeing. No car parking but car kept on road side opposite hotel. village type
surroundings. Deluxe room fit for a newly wed couple with small bag. so for adult deluxe room not at all fit. Bathroom also two small. Room AC is very old and noisy, exhaust fan very very noisy as if of factory. People who are living with aristocracy may find it little bit disappointment after seeing the over all arrangement. Then what is good, Hotel Staff were good. A ambience of location is also not that good, heavy traffic, one may get into traffic jam if you go out.
Hope hotel owner take appropriate remedial measures to make the stay of tourists Guests more comfortable and pleasant.
