Virtual garage guys picked my bike repaired and delivered on same day. I like how they treat their customers and answer their queries. They have very reasonable prices as well. Overall it was very good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very efficient in what they do. Received my bike in prefect condition compared to what I gave them after accident. Both the mechanics and their staff were helpful and friendly. Especially Ms. pooja. I requested for urgent 1 day delivery of the bike and I received it as promised. Completely satisfied with their services. Will definitely recommend for both routine maintenance and and major repair work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: the fuel pump motor they installed has stopped working in 2 months. Rs 5500 bill and scratches on the bike for this.
I gave them my scratch less Royal enfield Continental GT and the bike wasn't running at all hence had to call them. Which took several messages and calls over 2 days to get a revert. Once they came they said the have to carry the bike with them and since I had no option I gave them. Time promised to me for return was 3 days and for 7 days I kept following up but nothing really happened. I was told the fuel pump was not working and only fix is a new one. I asked them to kept it on hold since the new one costed 15K.
Went to personally see the owner and convinced him to once try and replace the motor of the fuel pump which costed only 3.5K and he did it. It worked. The bike was brought back to my home after 2 weeks.
When I saw the bike to my utter shock it was full of scratches the tank had long scratches and chips and so did the battery cover. Since, sunday morning called them sent them pictures. Didn't receive any response except we will get back to you on monday. On monday I received an apology and when I told them to remove the tank and get it repainted as I do not trust them anymore the owner might got offended and stopped replying all together.
Now through this experience I can only say, don't send your bike with them (if you love it), let them only do regular oil change and filter change in front of you. It is not that they are cheap. They are expensive, so spare some time and take your bike to the closest mechanic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraudsters and thief is all what they are, changed my fuel pump motor thrice and yet i cam to know they just used quick fix technique with it thats why it had to be changed in every 2 months. Never go to them they will take your genuine parts and replace them with local fake parts just for money. They don't build relationships here just untrustworthy people.
