★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There service was very very poor , They took almost 15 days to deliver a cylinder and also they have no responsibility to look after customers service .The people who working in there was very Rude and not to tell when will be cylinder deliver at your home. I am having being the customer of Vishal Bharat Gas and I personally suggest don't take there service because when you mostly need the cylinder they do not have any.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered and paid through Umang app online on 22nd Feb and today on 9th March cylinder didn't delivered. No one is picking phone and mobile no is switched off.
Please don't buy new connection through Vishal bharat gas agencye very bad and unsupporting staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both number mentioned in web, Nobody pick up the phone even though they are free. I have booked the gas on 26 Jan and today is 6 Feb still they did not deliver my cylinder. Phone also nobody responded. So careless towards customers. I deeply disappointed with the service of Vishal Bharat Gas.

I deeply disappointed with the service of Vishal Bharat Gas. And he is not provided the delivery in Sanjay Enclave Uttam Nagar. Totally unresponsive persons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shouldn't have given 1 star also. So pathetic service....cannot think of it. I am from Sadh Nagar and my agency is Vishal Bharat Gas, Mahavir Enclave. It has happened so many times and hence I am forces to write a negative review for this agency. Very, very bad experience. People are not responsive, they do not care about the bookings. Follow ups are not good either. People sitting over there are hopeless and they do not want to work simply. I have booked my cylinder 10 days approx, Feb 2020 but till today I do not have the cylinder delivered. I did many follow ups on phone but no attention. Like everytime, they have either of the 2 excuses- shortage of resources or supply of gas. Customers would not like to hear that everytime. If that has happened, there is no courtesy from them to respond and let the customer know.
They should shut it down. No one is benefited. When we have HP and Indane guys moving in your streets every day, these hopeless Bharat Gas Agency sits and relax. Are HP/ Indane facing the supply constraints? Please, do not fool people!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are useless. My Cycle was stolen by someone in front of this Vishal bharat gas agency and I asked for a video footage they didn't behaved well with me I went there so many time from sec 6 palam vihar and every time they deny and make some excuses
