★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved from Wardha to Noida.
Handled every single process smoothly.
They packed up a 2BHK in 5 hours.
And delivered the stuff in exactly three working days.
AND THEN BEGAN THE HORROR STORY.
Their delivery coordinator in Noida, Mr. Sharma kept making unwarranted and unnecessary calls on my wife’s phone. (Apparently transferred to another branch because he won’t be a bloody creep where he is now as there no women in that vicinity. True story.)
Also, they BROKE our TV and when contacted god knows how many times regarding insurance that was done and subsequent resolution they blocked us off all channels of communication.
They managed to BREAK open the disc brake assembly of my 2 wheeler.
They also managed to CRACK the mirror of our almirah.
And so many other godforsaken items.
All in all, they broke our stuff and then sent in a right junk creep to deliver said broken stuff to us.
He kept telling me, “ aapse baat hi nahin karni, madam se baat karenge.”
We are not the kind of people that wish ill will towards anyone but I really hope this company is kicked out of it’s current location and when they shift stuff out of their current office it reaches the new place all broken; much like our stuff.
Poetic justice.
I really wish there was an option to put in zero stars or even better, five rolls of poop as their rating.
Working on suing them in a consumer court.
