Most unhygienic food. People are mad wanting to eat this dirty food. The stall is right next to the public toilet and dirty enough to get your stomach upset. Food is heavy too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't like the Chole Bhature of Vishal due to below mentioned reasons:-
Unhygienic - Sitting in front of Toilet the foremost reason.
Doesn't Change Oil:- He doesn't change oil and reuse it till it becomes pitch black and uses again.
Reuse Utensils:- Again the plates in which they sever are reused and not even washed properly.
Preperation:- See it's prepration you I'll not eat again.
Quantity and Quality:- From rise to fall . I have seen from day 1 this hawker ,2 brothers use to server Chole Bhature and no doubt those were the times they never compromised on both quality and quantity, unlike now.
They give half serving of their water filled and light curry chole which itself is a shame to call them chole and expect one will complete their plate with such small serving.
When you ask them again and they then give you with spoon some chole, what a joke to one's dignity.
Better they should make small size of Bhatura to justify quantity of chole.
So in Crux bekar hai taste wise and quantity wise. Better go to some hygienic place, some some more and get atleast something value to your money, these rediwale will put you in hospitals and then give your cheap bhatura saving to hospitals.

Also one more thing notice as day turn to dawn their thickness of chole will go down to make chola curry with bhatura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a delhite i love chole bhature and i have tried chole bhature from infinte restaurants, shops and street food outlets by far this one is the best even better than Big Brands like Haldiram & Bikaner.
Delhi itself is famous for street food this is proper street food outlet located in B Block market vivek vihar they open at 8:30 A.M in the morning and end max by 12:30 P.M.
They also sell rajma chawal again something delicious. Chole bhature are amazing in taste, fiery chole served with crisp bhatura, achaar, onion rings and mint chutney. Bhatura consist a thin layer of paneer inside.
Price full plate : 60
Half plate : 40
Must try for everyone near vivek vihar or in delhi.
