β β β β β I went for shopping in Vishal Mega Mart, I got a similar item whose price was written as Rs 119/- but when I went to pay it, its value was told as 149/- , when I talked, it was being talked about in a wrong way and behaviour like rudely ,are charging some more by telling the price less, so How will the custom come to you? I m totally desetisfy in your service's,
the experience there was not good do you have any solution or not.

β β β β β A nice place to shop where everything is available under a single roof with too much affordable prices and of good quality...full of trail facilities, trolley, easy billing and also at the center of city so easy to reach and easy parking available...overall if want to shop something in guna then a must visit place.

β β β β β We faced a bad experience in Mart. While billing if system collapses then, it is the duty of the Mart staff to co-operate with the customers who spend their precious time for selection of material.
Staff's are not well trained.

β β β β β Visited twice in two days....today and yesterday...cooling system was off...upper floor was ? burning like furnace...all the grocery is on the top floor, and they are keeping all these packed food items without proper cooling system. (Usually a perticular tempr range is written on these packages for storage and i am sure the heat of may is not in that range).tried to complain about the same and got excuses in return.

β β β β β very very bed experience, today i was buying some clothes in vishal mart guna whose total cost was 466/- but they said my bill is made of 700/-,
Why should I pay extra amount?
There is no responsibility to the employees, they don't even ask what is the problem.
And one more important thing, I saw that another person came with 2 kg tea packet which cost him 1100/-. He returned the tea and went away in anger. I was shocked to hear the price of tea, openly looted. Shame on you

β β β β β Had a bad experience with Vishal megamart today. 4 out of 10 product's purchased were billed at a higher price than the display price. Much worst was the time taken to resolve the issue and staff ignorance. Saw upset people leaving the store multiple times.
Do Ensure to review the bill post purchase.
