★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here there is option that Buy one and Get 1 Free. This option also available in D Mart but when a customer purchase only one can get by half price. But Vishal does not provide such facility that's why one reason to loose it's customer. Adopt new policy properly then can Organisation grow.

- They need to be educate on how to behave with customer's.Had very bad experience at vishal mega mart varthur.
- They fails to address a mother for washroom.
- They do not offer any assistance while looking for something & Customer is unattended for long time only 1 counter was operational.
- Washroom were very unhygienic.
I would never prefer visiting this store.and would not recommend anyone for the same, especially to mothers with baby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three floors of home shopping under one roof. Very spacious walk around throughout the entire store. Reasonably priced too and above average quality for clothes items. Ample collection of household items to choose from. Good offers during sales. Limited staff at this one of the new and latest outlet also and difficult to find one when help is needed.

U get almost everything, from kitchen essentials to home decor. Slippers and sandals, chocolates and cookies, snacks and soft drinks at a reasonable price.
However, U can't expect a dozen of options for one particular thing.
U get coupons that can be used to pay when u visit the next time.
Polite staff that helps u with buying if u need assistance.
One star less because there's always a maximum of 2 billing counters and sometimes the tags are not available along with the product u buy, so they don't bill it unless they get the tag or find an identical product and use it's tag for billing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth buying casual dress there,as it is worth for money. Also, lot of casual dress for kids and the prices were affordable. Plus at the second floor storage containers were available for good prices as there are with different offers. Parking space for car and bike are available. One thinh i have noticed on my recent visit, Tropicana juice offers or any offer for that matter has to be verified before the payment.
