They have set-up many counters for billing but hardly use more than one. Even the guy handling one counter goes for other works during billing hence it takes more time in billing comparatively shopping.

Reasonable price.
Good staff behaviour
Good service and payment method both cash and digital like card swep on POS machine or scan paying system.
Some products are not so good quality so please choose carefully and do smart shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices were expensive as pr product quality. Tie-up is with low quality brands. Slippers were like used. Lower was mixed of different price categories and discounts. Waste of time for me. Need some major improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever , pls teach your staff how to talk to customer!! Simply abusing will not make them superior !! I would request Mr Ram Chandra Agarwal to atleast look at whom you are recruit. He is the one with no sense of how to talk . Pls look into this and take my feedback into consideration. I myself is from the same background and I know how important is a customer to retail .
