★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service provided by the mechanic. Service mechanics are not at all experienced. They are just local boys around age of 20, and have just limited knowledge about the bike service. Big showroom like this should look at this.
It's better to go to different service station in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your show room administrator should be properly trained before dealing with customer, he is not a well trained administrator I feel he is very rude. there are some corporate culture also should also be adopted by your show room managers , because in our business we believe that customer is our god ,and this is the era of quality and service.i hope you understand very well what I mean to say . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the Biggest showroom in the District Unnao, Vishal Hero is selling bikes in moderate rate, service time of bikes start from 08:30am and continue till 05:00pm, the care about your bike but sometimes you have to inspect little bit things yourself because they me forgot to correct every problem, rates of spare parts and service charge is OK.
Overall everything is OK.
