★ ★ ★ ★ ★ एक बार मैं शॉप में सामान लेने गया और मेरी पसंद के ब्रांड का सामान नहीं मिला तो मैं बिना सामान लिए बाहर आने लगा तो shop के owner ने मुझ पर comment किया जो अपमानित करने वाला था।मैंने कई बार देखा है कि इसकी दूकान पर अगर कोई गया और सामान नहीं खरीदे तो ये ऐसे ही comment करता है। इसे कस्टमर से बात करने की तमीज़ नहीं है।अगर zero rating का option होता तो मैं zero ही देता।
Once I went to the shop to get the goods and could not find the goods of the brand of my choice, then I started coming out without the goods, then the owner of the shop commented on me which was about to offend. If someone goes and does not buy the goods, then he comments like this. It is not enough to talk to the customer. If I had zero rating option, I would have given zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know even remember how many times I have ended up receiving expired products. The man on the counter doesn't accept returns or refunds and instead uses foul language to treat customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a pathetic experience, I had been one of the loyal customers before I switched to the easy day because they offer better deals. I used to occasionally come here for purchasing grocery but the owner's attitude and his behaviour towards his customers is a disgrace. One such incident happened when he openly offended in front of other customers with a language that is not at all tolerable. I had brought the carry bag along with me after shopping from easyday. I was really embarrassed by this incident so I just took my groceries and left and I will never go to the place again. I would have rated zero if it was available. Don't know how to handle customers.
