I got many broken things in the beginning, the owner and his caretaker were very reluctant to fix the things and because of this just next day after moving my charger worth 2500 blew up. They asked for 25% of the advance as a token money and you have to pay rest immediately after moving. They asked us to empty the house 1 week before the month end so that it can be painted (painting the house is the owners duty a tanent can live till the time they are paying for rent). While leaving they dont check the house and give your money back immediately, they excuse that they will take it from the next tanents and pay you, and here is the catch. When you leave the place unless you call them multiple times they dont buzz and after around one month they will charge you anything for painting the house and other repairs which are not even needed.
If somehow still, you are planning to live here and finding no other option, try to bargain as low advance as possible. Get repairs and painting done yourself while leaving as they charged us 50% of the advance money.
