★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff always try to over-sell and get an item packed even if you keep saying no. So builds up a psychological pressure to buy. The owner guarantees the cloth quality and assures return/exchange in case of any issue. I took a jacket suit worth 1450/- for my son and jacket's print faded away in first wash. I took it to him for return/exchange and to my surprise he said winter season is over now (I went on 25th Feb) and he'll replace it in next winters (i.e. after 8-9 months!). I asked him to provide me a slip stating the same or write it on the apparel box but he denied. He just asked me to trust his verbal assurance. I don't write such reviews but really wanted to share this with everyone so that they can get cautious of this shop. Read my review and visit the shop. If anyone who will visit or has already visited this shop can dispute my claim, I'll stop writing reviews thereafter!
