Moreover, the location of sbi atm near it and now the spencers retail near it make it more comfortable, convinient and optimum. The residents therein are well placed with availability of other standard amenities and luxuries. Park, grocery shop, school, parking, etc are other comforts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This complex looks pretty good and has some sweet features like a personal water treatment plant kind of thing for the complex, a gym(was in construction don't know now) but the apartment which are to be sold, don't have bunks for storage and the wiring is not done inside the wall making it visible and bundled inside wooden boxes in every room, not very space saving

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (1) Security is a matter of serious concern. In spite of having security guards, the fixtures / sanitary installations are removed by breaking the windows at the top floor. So buyers should be cautious enough before making such decision to buy a flat at Vishnu Regency.
My flat at 4th floor has been burgled dated 11/04/2016 Monday.
Also lost the machineries & equipments of interior designer.
(2) Quality of the construction & electric fitting are of very poor quality.
(3) Water scarcity.
(4) Power Back up does not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is situated 400m from the Bansdroni metro station. It is a complex cost of 1 flat is near about 60-90 lakhs. Area is good. But in rainy season water logging issue sometime arise. But the decorative wise it is very good. In the ground floor newly opened Spencer's is also available for shopping and daily life grocery items. Autorickshaw and Rickshaw are available on the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Area and other residents are nice but , through windows huge water seepage in rainy time, finishing of walls are very poor quality and promoter least bother about the problem, they bother about only taking the payments from customer.
