★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice very old society and one of the biggest society in vishrant wadi. Lesser amenities. Scope for improvement. Society has community hall for birthday parties and other small functions. Also have Ganpati Mandir, Garden, Play Area for children. Congested parking for four wheelers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is right next to the Mula river and has some great riverside views (when the river flows that is). Lot of greenery in the society, and gives you a pleasant experience just to be there.
No traffic sounds so quiet surroundings. Evenings are filled with children playing and parents walking around. There is a kids play area too. A temple and a place to conduct functions.
Water is in limited supply. Comes half hour to one hour daily.
Rents are a bit high for an old apartment, but worth it due to great surroundings.
Society is well kept and there's a guard at the gate.
Overall a great place to be away from the hustle bustle of the city. And it is nearby to Big Bazaar and the Vishranthwadi market, the vegetable market and non veg & fish market. Can't ask for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Very old society. No lift facilities except 2 buildings inside which is not a part of this society. Water supply is bad. And if you are living on top floor its gonna heat up real fast. Better use AC and there are many crows near the river and Dogs barking all day which wont let u sleep peacefully. Other than that society is big and people are kind and good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old building from 2000 or later part of construction. Flats available for sale and rent for people. Budget friendly rents. I guess Bachelors are also given place here. River on the backside and the garden inside is cool and so calm in the evenings. Walk around after dinner or at tea time. A little crowded and noisy in evening as childrens play that time.
