★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a 2 BHK in Vishwajeet Green last year, the post sales service is very bad. Almost all the walls are leaking during rain. It's been a year I have been following up but issue is not fixed. Due to this leakage kitchen is flooded with water whenever it rains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Nature come home locality - so many different species of birds that you may have never seen before (Dumping ground and smog was the issue 2 yrs back, its resolved now)
2. Away from the city hustle with all the basic facilities and most important good quality crowd
3. No leakage/seepage issue
4. Sources like Fish market, vegetable/groceries super market, Rick stand (takes 7 min to Ambarnath station)
5. Space for car/bike/scooty parking
6. There is an issue of water supply but I strongly believe it will be fixed soon since its a developing new property.
7. Garden for kids and seating arrangements for all
I feel for the amount you pay for this property these facilities are more than enough.
