Way back in Jan or Feb 2020 I got a made to order wooden book shelf and I was told that it will be made of good marine ply and that it will last for around more than 5 yrs. To my horror by April 20 I saw some powder falling from the draw underneath. Due to lock down his shop was locked, now since June 21 I have been asking the owner to come and look at the problem and atleast apply anti borrer but he is like I'm coming, I even went to his shop twice and even yesterday 24th Aug. He promised to send his person 9.30 -10 am but no one has come as yet. Friends pls do not trust this guy (Rajubhai ) and his shop, they are cheats and fraudulent. I have lost my₹11 thousand on this. It's mental stress too in these difficult days. There is no service after sales. Very bad and cheaters.... Google pls take action and help me get my problem resolved
