This apartment is totally banged and you can't contact the people who's responsible for the issues regarding electrical and pipeline and water issues or any other technical services if you request the technician or incharge they will rudely say "you delete my number". Before get apartment only you will treated like human after that no one is care about you and your flat issues like water, electricity such essential things. Maintenance is very poor. In each and every flat they just fixed the duplicate even the paint also.
