Well-built for upper middle class people. Place is very quiet and consists of 10 blocks only. Each flat is with 2.5 BHK (Kitchen, Hall, 2 Bedrooms, 1 study room, 2 Bathrooms, Separate utensils cleaning area and the nice balocony)
And the specialty of this apartment is all blocks are independent & has good air flow and sunlight in all the corners of the flat.
It’s a three floor apartment with complete parking space at zero level. The best part is very low maintenance and has all the necessary requirements like Elevators, DG unit, Cameras & Good Security.
Also Place is available for kids to play & Elders to walk.. what else is required..? Not wasted money and space in unnecessary amenities and on the other side saved your lots money in day to day maintenance.
