★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project is good and bit expensive as it's not properly in neral. It's 1hr drive from neral station. And need your own vehicle to travel.
Roads outside the project is too bad.
Also the roads are small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Vision Aarambh on 13th June. It's a very good project amids nature and open land 360° with a small village adjessent to it. Though it's not exacly in Neral not towards Matheran but close to Neral.
Overall very good road connectivity if you come from the right route. Only last strech of 1.5km touching down to the project really needs road work done.
Electric poles are fitted on phase 1,2,3 with water connection.
Staff is very good in explaining and answering.
Though it is far out from city, one should book a plot as its Collecter Approved, TP sanctioned NA Project as well as RERA certified.
I woul give a second visit and certainly plan in booking a plot.

but I had a very bad experience with Mihir on the registration day, we were the one who were third in the queue, but Only bcoz we were not Mihir's clients he made us wait he took his clients first who had actually arrived late and after us at the registrar's office. we arrived at sharp 10.00 in the morning and were last to leave the office at 3.00 after Mihir has finished his clients. very very disappointed with Mihir

They will also facilitate in registration process, so a good opportunity for first time investors. All tittle and documents are clear. All cost details are shared upfront and no extra money is charged. For investment purpose also this is amazing opportunity. My property gained 10% in just 6 months. My opinion is go for it.
