When we given frame for replacement They replaced eye glass left to right and righ to left.
Frame was broken in within 2 days when we purchased. They took 10 days for replacement and made mistake changed frame glass left to right and right to left.
Bigger problem they didn't accept mistake.
Vision care staff was not accept mistake and staff behavior was not good.
