★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. I got my glasses made a while ago and they claimed that I had warranty for a period of on year. Within that one year, the right side of the frame (stick) broke twice. The first time was within the first 6 months of purchase and he tried to dismiss by saying it was my fault and only after a lot of insistence, did they repair however, the second time, the same stick broke again and when I went to them for getting it fixed they again tried to blame me and refused to fix the unhinged stick.
I was told I would have to get the entire frame changed for just something that he had earlier gotten fixed when only the stick had come out of its socket.
These guys try to get money out of you. I paid 2500 for my glasses for such horrible quality. When I claimed my warranty, they now stated that the warranty was only on the lens.
Now they wanted to charge me 800 rupees to get the entire frame changed when only one of the sticks had come off.
I'd highly suggest to avoid such local shops and rather purchase good quality lenses from titan or lenskart.
