VISION uses its Conversation for Action framework (see the diagram below) to design good commitments rigorously and to diagnose what has gone wrong with weak commitments. The Conversation for Action has four quadrants starting out with a clear request, moves through mandatory negotiation which classically ends with a promise, then a phase of fulfilling the request and reporting surprises, and finally feedback in the form of declarations of satisfaction or dissatisfaction and expressions of gratitude or disappointment.

My father was working over here. He joined this company in the month of November 2019. But due to Unethical sales pressure. These people forcefully took his resignation in the month May 2020. Due to covid, he did not get job anywhere. All the vacancies are freezed. My mom & father actually pleaded to Rohit Tripathi. But he did not listened to him. Finally in august 2020, my father died because of these people. Till date they didn't clear his dues. Now we are not disturbing these people anymore.
Yes this is true that these people don't give expenses & other benefits to their employees. In covid situations, my father was working in covid hospitals as per management instruction. When he asked for some health insurance. Rohit Tripathi shouted on him very badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Brainrootz lab, There is No work culture.There is only one man's (Rohit Tripathi) Dictatorship. they Don't have funds to pay. My expenses from Mar to July were around Rs. 40k. I received only 15k. After the approval from Rohit Tripathi, I did an activity in RGCI of worth Rs. 3500/- only. They denied to clear my that expense. They asked me to mention company's GST number in the bill. I did that also. But still didn't get my expenses. Company was not providing any hardcopies of promotional material. We took print out of that from the market but company is not reimbursing even for that. They don't have leave policies. I took a one day leave. I informed my manager for leave 15 days in advance. But he did not inform to HR. May be he knew that in both cases it will be a LWP(leave without pay). So he did not inform. All of a sudden I got a mail from HR that as per the company policy, for this one day leave , they will deduct my three days salary and they did that. Can you name a company who is not willing to give appointment letter to their employees. We joined in the month of march after so much of arguments we got appointment letter in the month of August. Without providing any appointment letter or any written company policy, they just try to look your minor mistakes for deducting wages.
