★ ★ ★ ★ ★ একদম যাবেন না।দোকানে ঢুকলেই এই ভদ্রলোক artificial হাসি দেবে, তারপর চশমার order দিলে গদ গদ ভাবে টাকাটা নেবে।এইবার যখন চশমা delivery নেবেন দেখবেন কি order করেছিলেন আর উনি কি দিচ্ছেন। তখন সেই হাসিও নেই সব দোষ চাপাবে আপনার উপর। His behavior is too bad.
 Don't go at all. This gentleman will give an artificial smile as soon as he enters the shop, then if he orders spectacles, he will take the money. Then that smile will put all the blame on you. His behavior is too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very nice to see dt when ever i have any problm with my spec only they can help me out.even i saw dat any if any problem in fixing powr tn they chng it nd dnt take doubl charge.i knw some people are so judgmental.(mr.asis).if there is any problem of ur powr fixing..tn the lab is responsble for dt.they don't made it..vision optical u r doing good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please people if you care about your eyes then please never ever go to this shop for getting your perfect spectacles or lens. The most pathetic optical shop in kolkata. I ordered a satin lens for my spectacles and got a fino lens that also f a different power. Really horrible service. I hope they close their shop in shame of ruining peoples eyesight.
