★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a real bad experience here , got new glasses fixed in a frame,which were apparently of the wrong power than what they had to be and i complained but they denied it to be thier mistake and i ended up wasting a great some of money as those wrong numbered glasses gave a great headache .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visionista and staff working over here are not knowledgeable. Here I had Paid Rs.5k for Nikon Glasses which they had recommended ...after using those glasses I use to get strain on eyes....then I said this to staff of visionista they said me use it those glasses continuously for 1 week for getting comfortable with the glasses which never happened.....then after doing as they said I went again to visionista to get glasses replaced.....they agreed to replace them ....but even after replacing the glasses problem did not got solved...so I visited them again ......they said they had tried their best to solve it .....and now they cant do nothing about it ....so this way my money got wasted.
But when I made my glasses with other optician whose shop is way smaller than visionista I did not had any problem with the glasses and I had only paid Rs.1150.00 for the glasses.
And before this I have not faced any problem with the glasses made my any optician.
This makes visionista very unprofessional
So don't don't judge a book by it's cover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really really bad experience of post sale service despite the mistake by the employee.
They rectify the mistake at a Huge cost and also without Intimating or informing the customer.
Bad bad management.
Pls avoid a visit to avoid a big dent in the pocket.
Client: Asha Shah (a client since 20 years get this treatment) and a family client since 50 years. They really don’t care about the loyalty.
