★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class Management, Washroom is very dirty and very dirty smell , already there is staff but not maintain and clean the toilet.

I write this because I facing very bad service at VISNGAR depo (Mehsana).
I inquiry for Bechragi Mgarvad Bus (bus time 5.pm)
I ask to inquiry officers for bus at 4 Pm , they say bus coming at 5 pm, I wait more than 1 hour , then i again go to ask for bus time now they say bus cancelled, i aslo ask for next bus they, bus they cancelled bus .
My complain:
They already know bus cancelled, so why asked to me for wait bus.
Also I ask for it.but they not give me proper answer.

Announcement for various bus and other issues on pa system. Good seating arrangements for passengers. Online booking facility is at station. Really happy to see these all are changes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of regular intervention... Pass window system can be declare as point of daze.. No one maintain queue system neither from management nor from pass taker..
It is very disappointing that some personal people get their pass easily without standing in queue.. ensure fair benefit..

Staff behaviour good and responcible
S.T bus in conducter and driver is helping staff
Stationary, Tea-stole, Mobile care, free Wi-fi for Gujrat Government, Daily news paper and Study materials available on station.
Near M.N collage, And Aakash Hospital, Relve station(Varetha-taranga-kheralu-visnagar-mehsana-gojariya-gandhinagar), big market.
