★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the regional office of Visvesvaraya technological University.
I actually came across this place when I wanted my PDC (Provisionally Degree Certificate) after my graduation.
I was able to notice one thing, once I entered the office, most of the staff members mostly speak kannada, so if you are among the person who don't know kannada try to carry a friend who speaks kannada that might be helpful for you. I am so thankful and my huge respect to these staff members.
Frankly speaking, I didn't have any problem with receiving any of documents, I got all my documents as per it was scheduled. They kind of work very fast.
Speaking about the place this is the place where evaluation of exam papers are done which belong to Bangalore region.
All the rooms were maintained properly it looked very clean.
I just have one problem, I tried calling this regional office many of the times because of some issues. But they were not picking up my call, I even received the same feedback from most of the students.
All I can say is just try to improve this enquiry services because most of the people are from far cities. Not everyone can reach this office for some small reasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is quite far away from the city's center. However the area is neat and clean with not much traffic. The watchman and xerox shop owners outside are pretty helpful in getting you the right forms/payments. PDC is issued about 7-8 working days after applying for it. So you'll have to go there twice for the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The contact number provided is of no use. They never pick up the phone. It's been a months since I have applied for my PDC (Provisional Degree Certificate)and original transcripts. I'll probably even receive my actual degree certificate before this one. Nobody responds. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to give negative stars, but google review forced me to give atleast 1 star. One of the most irresponsible organization. Never join vtu engineering colleges. Everytime I come here, I see so called vtu employees having gala time chitchatting about their family issues, discussing politics etc. Such a rubbish organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finding this place is a headache, it's within a residential area. The usual government run organization problems. If you are looking for transcript, provisional certificate, medium of studu certificate, etc. Its way quicker and simple in the Xerox shop Just outside. Totally recommend you to ask your queries in the Xerox shop first before entering the office(you'll save a lot of time).

Here security guard can only response , otherwise staffs are busy with rumours.
I suggest you , in the opposite side one cyber center is there, visit and enquiry about all related things .. i think better.
