★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of worst experience I had got in a textile shop . Normally were ever you go to purchase the first experience matters a lot ... Here while entering the shop we asked 2 there representative do you have similar more collection (lehenga) the answer was it's 12k it's costiler .... I don't understand do what kind of behaviour is this ? I m from CS operations background only ...got irritated for there such response ... I hope this is not the way to respond to customers whoever it may be .... Customer budget can't be judged ???? I was also hearing comments the executive make for each one of buyers who didn't purchase anything.... You guys should understand that this is a bad habits... It's is the right of customer to buy or not to buy ...........
Never ever go to this shop ... There are good option in Chickpet were you will get a good response from the executive....and compatibility prices well...
Worst ever shop .... If u are customer you will be treated as ......here ... Please never ever visit this shop....zero ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very bad experience. The staff & the manager especially, have no concern about customer satisfaction. (I would like to bring this to the owner's notice who are generally there during the evenings) Dress collection is good, but u r lucky if it fits you. If at all u give for alteration, then u r doomed!
I had to run around to get two of my dresses altered,since they did not deliver it at the promised time (actually I went two days after the promised day) . I was made to wait for half an hour in the store while the tailor just picked the dress for alteration (I heard the owner speak over phone to the tailor) and then it was not restitched as the store helper had promised but merely side stitched and given to me. I was asked to go back another day to pick the other dress. I went back 2 days later & found the tiny stones/crystals on the dress were missing & the bottom un-altered!! When I asked them to look into it, all of the staff especially the manager in the front table were so rude! They asked me to wait again and I am sure if I agreed, I would have to waste another half hour. I walked out of the store saying I would never visit the store again & the Manager was rude enough to turn his face!
Either keep clothes of all sizes or don't give false promises of altering . The only reason u don't charge for alteration is that your products are overpriced!!
Will never visit the store again neither will recommend to anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place which has made its mark for school uniforms. It has a huge range but pre-booking and getting delivery has been very planned and executed in a professional manner. Only problem is the shop is too small when crowd are more than 30 need to increase 1 floor during the season of school dress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably this is the worst garment shop, I have come across. They don't deliver on the promised date. I had given couple of uniform to get stitched, and it's more than a month now, it's still not stitched. They don't even have an idea, whenever I call them, they say that in another 4-5 days I will get a message to collect it.. . I would request school to end their tie-up with Vittal, and instead go to any other reputed dress shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some friend recommended about this shop when i came for my wedding from usa. Went there to purchase my wedding and ethnic dresses . They have awesome collections. Staff and owner is polite and they have so much patience show the all the collection. For all of my friends from Abroad , i took them there to buy dressed. I would recommend this one for wedding and ethnic collections which are Reasonably priced
