★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viva Sarovar is the one of good society on Jhambulwadi Road, it has more then 200 flats with good amenities like garden, play area, security, club house.. people are good here, building has very good view with bangalore highway and jambulwadi lake.

Ample parking space inaide with wide enterance.
However entering into premises is like rolling down on hill need to rework on entrance slope, however one of the best society ever seen nearby.

I Would Say this is the best society in this whole area.

Bt Society Not maintained properly.
So many issues in society.
This is the reason of low property Rates down here.
