★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why I am giving a star less than I actually want to because:
1. I took the hair service, which gave great results and the guys who do hair are talented. Not sure about the skin and beauty service though.
2. The hygiene factor. I saw a bride/girl getting her make-up done. And the minute I saw makeup artist's kit and condition of the brushes she had, made me felt like...i should stop that girl/bride right away as she might get alot of breakouts on her skin after getting makeup done with those uncleaned, product full makeup brushes.
3. Again the hygiene factor. The shelves, table tops, the glass they served water in, were so unclean and messy. I think it is this hospitality that makes you look at the difference in a high class salon and an affordable salon like this.
4. No doubt their rates suits our pockets, but obviously you can't end up making a person who has come up to pamper herself like she's in a fish market.
5. Zero organization, or management basically. No adequate sitting space. No appointment system.
Allover I liked the service I took, only because of the hair guys there who made me feel confident about the results and what they're doing. Heads up for that.
I hope everything improves when they shift to a new place.
