★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The way to win over older people is being- friendly, polite, humble, patient, kind, prompt and above all-humane. Harsha has it all - one hundred percent. He has won over our whole family, with his ever-smiling face and ever-obliging attitude. We have used his services and free home visits for more than 5 years now. My parents who are 90+ look forward to his visits and speak to him lovingly. He attends to them with so much patience, never hurrying them and making them comfortable, before he collects blood for tests.
Highly appreciate his dedication and punctuality. I just message him that I want certain tests done, and he is at our door, promptly at the regular time. There are times, I would have forgotten, but he promptly calls to remind me. Even the test-results are messaged to me promptly. I don’t have to follow-up or worry about. Once I ask him for certain tests, the whole process is done by him- from home-visit, collection, test-report, sending bill to collecting the amount. Even in collecting the amount, he is extremely patient. And yes, the reports are reliable, charges are reasonable, and the lab is trust-worthy.

Very professional staff who collect samples on time, provide timely and accurate results at reasonable rates. They also provide home consultation for the elderly; this has been very helpful for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly appreciate professional service from Harsha and his team. They collected samples from home during peak Covid time when very few or no labs were ready. In spite of many constraints and large number of samples to be collected they turned up promptly as promised. Reports were delivered on time. The team follows hygienic practices when they come home to collect samples. Highly recommend.
