★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was originally made for Army Welfare Houses 20 years ago, but civilians also entered, so it's a mixed very organized colony. Good facilities with car parking, lifts in each building and wheelchair access. On the whole, I like to stay in, when ever I coming to medical check up at Medanta Medcity or JP Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely society, neatly tucked in a peaceful locality with ample car parking, greenery and good security. Spacious, airy, well lit flats with good quality construction. All aminities such as grocery store, Amul / Mother Dairy, fresh vegetable vendor, medical shop, parlour / saloon, SBI and ICICI ATMs, dry cleaners are available within the boundaries. Also available is a large swimming pool, Gym, yoga , jumba and other activities. Finally Electrician and Plumber are available on call within society. Just a perfect society to stay in without much hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This society is run by Army and Civilian Residents together. Someone (previous few posts) who thinks that Army Officers have rules to show-off definitely has a low-life and no respect for The Indian Army or any sort of discipline, in general. This society offers best security, but many people dislike it as it requires them to follow rules on a daily basis. If a Lieutenant General can be down-to-earth and show his Car Pass on request, why can't a civilian? It has Swimming Pool, Gym, Community Hall, Restaurant, Shops, Gardens, Children's Play Area, Tennis Court, etc. Few blocks have 3-4 floors, but majority blocks are 9-10 floors high. RWA Office Staff is very helpful and accomodating. Most of the residents (Army families or Civilians) I know of, take pride in being a part of this society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivek vihar AWHO is a low floor society. It has only four floors which ia very rare in noida. Thid society has lift facilities and small park is available in between two towers. This society has swimming pool tennis courts, basketball court, gym, skating ground, community hall, restaurants, badminton court and shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -Open space: this society has ample open space. It’s a 4 story building and there is a park between every 2 blocks.overall the society is quite green unlike hi-rise societies of these days.
- Apartments- are spacious and airy but as the society is old, you might need to renovate the house depending on its conditions. You have options to select from 2,3 and huge 4 BHKs.
-Amenities: It has all the basic amenities like restaurant, library,shopping complex , park with children’s play area. Shopping complex has Mother daily, Amul, Kendriya Bhandar( grocery ship) and medical n veg shop. It also has swimming pool, basketball court, badminton court, TT table n have few classes like yoga,zumba, skating, karate etc.
Security- I am not very much convinced with the security. Every one has intercom but it’s never ever used. People can enter the society easily.
Overall it’s a nice place to stay due to airy flats and greenery!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old construction , whole society has seepage and considering the amount of maintenance they charge , its expensive and poor service ssupport provided by the AOA.dare not enter this choose this society to stay , rusty pipes , tripping taps , stinking balconies etc it was a nightmare ! Not good for family with kids or elders ! Prefer to stay in Kendriya Vihar instead
