★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viviana is 1.5bhk flats. 8 storey building. Arrangements are good. Place can be much much better if people decided to live a better lifestyle. Sometimes noisy on festivals. Standard can go much higher if Rules become strict. Building quality is just very average. Most of door locks are not working. Bathroom fittings are extremely bad working. Water leakage issues etc. Overall compared to other residence in Mumbai, overall palava is cheap and affordable. Road toward palava is extremely bad traffic. Good for an average income family who works in Mumbai new Mumbai kakyan etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This township is amazing. The only thing is it's very far from the station. If you commute by train regularly then it's a minus point. You have to pay the ricksaw150 in one way to reach the station and it takes about 45 minutes.
