★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice experiance. But there is no mobile payment and the staff will not make an attempt to arrange for change, they keep the remaining amount with them. So, Carry the correct amount or card with you.

Camera sounds coming when phone moved.
Service people saying its not possible to replace phone but they will only repair camera.
After paying huge money they are repairing my new phone.
Very pathetic people i will never buy vivo phone now onwards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of worst service centre which I have visited in my lifetime given my phone for software update he had taken 5 hours to update software. the worst behaviour ever seen I hereby request you to kindly don't visit this service centre can go to Indira Nagar Rajaji Nagar would be the best choice don't do the mistake which I have done visiting this service centre is full of waste of time also posting the review on Vivo official mail ID regarding this issue unethical and unprofessional peoples

Well managed, well behaved staff and especially Mr. Ajith was very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought vivox70pro when they give product they call so many no value for money and coustomer I paid 59999 bought my new after day it's not getting on they are telling some electrical problems we I'll replace it it's been three weak still I have not got my phone when ever we call they say they are in meeting very horrible coustomer care better I advise don't go to this service center
