★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here on 24th june 2019, with VIVO 15 PRO regarding net speed of slot 1, one man was there at reception point ,he download net speed tester app and checks with that app and app was showing 10mbps download speed, but i never get this speed, with voda,airtel and jio sim card, i told him to update system software,his response was no problem with mobile and told me this is ok, no problem in slot 1.
Why VIVO is charging warrantee money, i dont know.
I Suggest every one dont go there, you may go elsewhere, because staff are not listening to your problem only they are trying to convince that your mobile phone having no problem. Who are here to go service centre without problem, atleast they should have common sense.

They returned the phone on that day, Not only was the display that problem not resolved, but they messed up the display and removed my temper glass on phone and said that without removing temper glass they can not check the problem it seems. Please dont take your phone there for service if you value it. that place looking simple good, but Worst service centre

They taken under warranty and given return with new display at zero cost of rupee... With in 5hrs only.... And receptionist she is beautiful....i don't her name... And her behavior is good.... And good communication and manner also..... I like vivo service center tqs to vivo...

They took my mobile number and said that they will inform when the stock will available.. But they didn't make any call or informed me.. Almost waited for 10 days and again I went to the store. This time the stock was available.. And got my service done in 2 hours.. But the main issue is the parking for vehicle's..
