Is it mandatory to come for small quiries also that means availability of spares and others.. If we get the answer through the telephone we can save our time.. Please respect customers time. Please?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Workers in vivo service center was not responsive and they don't respond customer calls.The lady in customer service was don't talk properly she don't ask customer problem.she not giving answer and also she delayed in booking mobile hardware parts,I call 50 Times but she can't answer my call , i went to service center nearly 10 times and she said always your parts are in the way and finally she said sorry sir I forgot to order your part... Totally waste of my time...Not good and not working good...
