★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am highly disappointed because of the way the staff had treated my husband today. We bought V20 pro in April,2021 through Bajaj EMI from the store and while achieved their sales target the staff over promised on the insurance Bajaj offered. They informed us that 90% reimbursement will be given in case of any claim raised for the phone but when we brought in the mobile for change of back panel , they reduced the reimbursement to 50% but we agreed to the same. Today, they called us to get the document signed. My husband went and they took half an hour for getting documents ready and then asked him to courier it as well and also asked him to put his canceled cheque which he already gave to them. This kind of harassment is not acceptable. Getting fake reviews to boost sale won't help if you guys can't value your customers.
