★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average service not too good. sitting arrangement is very poor. Located at best place at fountain chowk near pavilion mall on college road. Parking for four wheeler is not available. Located on first floor. Open at 10 am to 5pm. Staff intraction is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor services and lots of waiting period for one turn and also a lot of insecurity about it's services and this brand. Apart from its services and product, this service centre has a good sitting area with air conditioner system and magazine stand. Misguidance about data lost is a common claim for any service. Service center also have a public computer facility far data backup and data protection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo sucks in terms of after sales service. I had visited twice there to get my issue resolved. First day the service centre was closed but was showing opened on that day in google maps and on the very next day i visited again then they said there servers are not working and said they are closing this service centre so please visit other service centre. I will not going to buy vivo phones from now onwards for sure.
