Worst firm ever, would never recommend or refer to any.
1st salary is paid after 2 months, that too when you beg the management to pay. imprudent delayed salary post 2 week from the actual date of payment mentioned in offer letter. none of the month salary is paid on given date of tenure.
Apart from above mentioned affair
cons include
- Excessive working hours with no OT pay.
- Sick work culture.
- Pathetic management
- Excessive work load, pressure and targets with minimal salary and false promised incentives
- Delayed salary with unwanted deductions and half days.
Pros:
no pros, got to scrounge for some.
Cons:
Sick work culture, excessive working hours with no extra pay, delayed salary payments, pathetic management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really appreciate Respected owner and extraordinary professional HR, and other Managers for not paying salary, abusing staff, taking on personal level, no managerial skills.
Was going to invest but from out I got all this review and really it feels like a hell when staff gives 100% efforts and then when they ask to pay at the end they got bad words as rewards.
Very professional guys keep it up.
Respected owner please don't do this with staf and hire good managers and good manners who knows the correct way of work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad company ever anish anchari the manager play politics in the company he support only his relative _ jinal Dave, yatin Dave ,sneha kodale ,madhvi kodale. Anish anchari dosent give pf to employees and without any reason terminate employees from the company
Pls remove anish anchari from the organizations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever, would never recommend or refer to any.All senior staff are abusing all time for new joining employees. If any emergency they cant give you leave. They can't pay salary on time.
