★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love going to this branch of VLCC because the staff is very friendly and excellent in their areas of work. Bhawna at the front desk is very polite and accomodating. Nisha is very good with beauty services. But I would specially like to mention Nazim, the senior hairdresser who weaves magic with his hands. I always walk out feeling 10 years younger. Keep up the good work VLCC Sohna Road Gurugram!

As I have been associated with VLCC since 10 now, hence it’s just like my second home. I trust their treatments and services and have always been beneficial to me. I want to write a special note for Pramod ji who has been doing my Mani-pedi since ages now. He ia extremely professional, polite & brilliant in his services. He is the only person I get these services from.. I am also willing to wait for days just to get his appointment. He always understands my concern & addresses it very nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely horrible customer service, and to top it all miss Bhawna there so called branch head has zero knowledge about this Industry and professionalism. On phone they quoted a different price for my laser treatment, after getting the treatment done they charged me double price, when I started to question they acted as i was in a fish market and started quoting different prices. This lady has no manners at all just there to chit chat and fool around with people. This place has renovation going on so if you plan to go and have a relaxed session pls think twice because they will not inform you about the same!
No consent form was given to me before the session, nothing related to my skin was asked moreover they didn't even know what service I was getting done! FIRST AND LAST VISIT TO THIS PATHETIC PLACE, PLS DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY BY GOING THERE!
