I would like to say that this salon within two months of its inauguration has just accomplish the overall need of a ultramodern and quality assured beauty and grooming studio in the locality areas,which was awaited since a long time. I enjoyed a wonderful service satisfaction in all aspects .staff members are well experienced in their respective domains,equiped with decent behavior and mannerisms. I just want to mention here if you are beauty and grooming loving, don't go anywhere come and enjoy the service of this surprisingly and stunning Beauty studio nearby you. Superb experience....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not book VLCC from Varanasi, I had a booking for last year 20 November 2021 and before 4 months wedding was call off but I never get refund even though I inform before 4 month od the booking date.
Request you please check who already had booking in past, worst service and responce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the services. Entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Shabnam, Shraddha and Poonam who made me so comfortable and I enjoyed their services a lot. Shabnam who was at reception very patiently answered all my questions with a big smile. Shraddha and Poonam are pro in their work. Specially facial massage was so relaxing and amazing. I totally recommend this place and will visit again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place great service. Went there for a quick party makeup. The job they did on my face and hair was wow. Made an excellent hairdo with amazing makeup. Throughout the time the makeup artist Mr. vikash was very concerned about my comfort and my choices. I am not much of a make-up person. So he took care of tgat and did exactly upto my comfort level. A little pricy. But worth the money.My recommendation goes with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning ⚠️- Never ever get your makeup done from here. My friend and I went to this parlour for her engagement makeup. The staff was hospitable but not professional. They were not able to make the hairstyle as shown, but they'll promise at the time of payment that everything will be done according to the customers satisfaction. But they'll end up doing whatever they know and not according to the customer. 3-4 staff members will gather to convince the customer that what they have done is looking good. But the customer who knows ABC of makeup will never be satisfied with what they do. They also use cheap product on your face. At the time of booking they'll show you the good quality pictures even if u ask for their economical package. The manager i guess Priya was not available at the time of makeup but at the time of booking and payment everyone will be right there.. And they will make sure you pay the full amount first. So u have to be satisfied with what they end up doing coz u cannot do anything at last moment. They started giving excuses that since your hair is less it cannot be given bouncy look etc. And I had to teach them how its done. I'll never recommend any of my friends this saloon.

Amazing experience. Excellent display of professionalism and a very good haircut.
Very polite n professional staff. No one hurries you and they give the best service compared to other similar salons.vikash ... who takes care of the whole branch is an excellent male to take care of the client and their requirements

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Payed 3200 rps (!) for the worst nails ever.
First of all: Non of the staff except the manager speaks or understands english, so you don't even have the chance to explain what you want as a foreigner.
(Usually I wouldn't go to a salon where they don't speak English at all, but I didn't know the place and texted the manager in advance who told me to come to her salon where they could do everything I wanted.)
They have a total of 6 colors of nailpolish.
After they told me that the nails are done (see photo) I talked to the manager on the phone that this has to get fixed. Manager (kindly) came to the salon after 20 minutes of waiting and finally the nails got filed.
But there's more to it than that: the first nail extension fell off the same evening. Three more fell off during the next day. After they fell off I texted the manager without getting any reply until now. Never again.
One star because the salon was clean.
