★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have call many times. But no. Is not reachable. Dnt purchase any coupon. I had purchase and it will expire in Oct. But they didn't pickup my call as well salon is closed for last 20 days. Very bad experiences and service.

Not worth thr price.
Seriously horrible experience.
They Don't even know the basics of threading. Will never recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst services ...You can go there a 100 times and still get disappointed .They can't even do threading properly and yet be very firm on how the defect and fault lies on our side...moreover , the staff there is very inhospitable and very rude. . Vlcc really got to work on their standards . ...The previous vlcc was very good which is now changed to welstand .. I would prefer to rather donate my money than to fill the pockets of such untrained people in vlcc ,kota....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you enter the building where it is located you will feel like puking and only after entering into parlour you will feel better. I took haldi Chandan facial and it was awesome. But they take too much time and have limited staff so always book an appointment before visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even worth one star. Very bad experience. Got my facial done, not relaxing at all. Hair massage and hair wash was even pathetic. The staff does not know how to wash your hair too.
I ve been to vlcc in delhi too, it is amazing. But vlcc kota is definetly not worth going. Ambience was too smelly, not maintained at all. Will not suggest you to go if you want to have a relaxing time in salon at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well to be honest.. After seeing the reviews I wasn't sure that whether I should go there or not. But trust me guys I really had a great experience.
The team of vlcc is very welcoming n friendly n they do their best to give u an awesome experience.
From manager Archana ji to staff Priyanka ji n sandeep ji Who gave me my hair treatment. The result till now is okay gonna be there for second seating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attitude of staff was very bad,they were rude and inconsiderate of requirements. Very slow and low quality of service along with negative attitude of staff. Very unsatisfactory experience. We gave so much money, still the service was not good. Its better to go to some other salon in Kota. They will not miss any chance to squeeze money from you and pass comments on you. If you are a bride or groom , dont go there because instead of getting pampered, you will be tortured.They show themselves as if they are very big salon but there was no water and the washroom was dirty. We made prior appointments and asked them to treat us on priority because of the importance of the event, they blamed their slow service on us,instead of thanking us for giving them business. The owner would give unnecessary , irrelevant and uncalled advices to show that she is the best and whatever we shopped for or choose are the worst.
If you dont want your mood spoiled especially before wedding, research some good salon.
