I have booked flat in vmsks veenus ( Ground floor 1076 sqft). I have done advance payment one lakh. Three months completed. No updates received from builder. During booking they told with in 45 days they will give all documents. Recetly they called me and told your flat size increaced to 1176sqft and asked more payment.
I have cancelled my booking. But still i have not received my booking amount back from VMAKS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud and cheater should be the other name of this builder, particularly their sale team comprising of Mr.Kalyan. While booking the flat, they promised to provide 4 borewell and within 6 months of occupancy, they are telling all the bore-well has got dried. Their staff is always looking for an excuse to increasing the maintenance and that too for an under construction project. Please do not waste your hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The builder(Mahesh babu) is cheat and corrupt to the core. He is selling the already mortgaged flats(To Anand Rathi) to the ignorant buyer. Once you buy the flat, you are entrapped. Anyone who is looking for buying the flat should go to Vmaks Heights Apartment and verify the facts. Many flat owner and aAand Rathi had filled cases against him. There is also RERA cases going against the builder Mahesh Babu. Stay away from him !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst builder I have worked with I bought an apartment in 2018 August 2 years still havent got any thing from them I have been calling them from 8 months no response either. They take all loan amount upfront by faking documents and also down payment for me which happened to be 50lakhs and still no one feels responsible to answer or clarify whats going on.
Mr CEO do you just steal money from people like this? Or is it your staff making all these profits from our money and sharing among them?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked VMAKS VENUS in 2017. There is no progress in construction till now and finally we decided to withdraw the booking last year. Its been more than an year that we are trying to get the full down payment refund back. The so called honest gentleman Mr. Mahesh Babu and his subordinates in their office are not at all responsive for any of our calls, WhatsApp chats, messages, mails and notices for the past 2.5 months. Even a courtesy reply was not there. In such covid situations when every one is struggling for livelihood, he is holding our lumpsum amount adding additional stress to us. I haven't seen such unprofessional builder. Kindly stay away from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you paid money then gone case. You will not get apartment and even refund also. For refund i am struggling from one year. Even the cheque they provided also bounce.
