★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Even staff don't have knowledge. 10 day ago my card was misplaced. I had visit store at 19/06/2018 4:00pm I get new sim for same number. The guy who attacked me was said your card will activate in 5 Hours. But sim was not active till date. I called customer care also he guy saide your card will active after 48 Hours. After 48 Hours again i called customer care. Shocking news for me he saide your document was not verified. Again i visited this store befor 2 days and resubmitted my docs, and replayed sir your sim will surely activate in maximum 4 hours. But till time my sim is not activate. I humble request you pls activate my sim, i don't have time for all this bull seats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here for an computer based mock test. PC's are kind of old gen. Monitors are small. Server went offline once. But overall it's fine for conducting online purposes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, they charge me 830 INR for recharge and they had done recharge of 599, when I asked them I gave u 830 , then they said 230 is for protection of sim card which is compulsory and antivirus protection plan. I want to idea totake strict action on guy name Trikam who is taking money of recharge in his Google pay instead of cash or Card.

I think that's a big reason many more people not used Vi telecom network bcoz his service is very very bad ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service by the people of this store. I had port my number to idea and also paid around 500 Rs for their first recharge according to their company's condition. After portability I was not able to call as none of my services started. While calling in customer care got a reply that first recharge was not done. Amazing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service given by Vi, I hate Vi for its service and cheating. Vi deducted my 500Rs without asking me for different kind of value adit services, I many times stoped it but they cut all my money every month. I suggest all my friends to change your number into another company. Vi = cheating.
